The salary transfer campaign is effective from 3rd June to December 31st, 2024, both days inclusive.
The salary transfer campaign is open to Saudi Nationals and the residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia aged 18 and above.
Both existing and new meem customers who transfer their salaries to meem for the first time during the campaign period are eligible for the campaign. However, GIB’s staff will not be eligible for this campaign.
The total salary amount must not be less than SAR 5,000 per month to qualify for the campaign.
The salary credited in the first month will be used to calculate the cashback. Any increase or decrease in the salary will not impact the cashback calculation/payout
A salary transfer will only be recognized if it is credited into a meem account by the customer’s employer using the correct electronic transfer method acceptable to meem. Cash or cheque-based payments are excluded from this campaign.
Eligible customers will receive 10% of their salary as cashback over a period of six months, in equal instalments, capped at SAR 2,500. The cashback will be paid in six equal instalments over a period of six months. For example, if a customers salary is SAR 20,000, they are eligible for SAR 2000 as cashback, paid in six instalments of SAR 333.33 each
Cashback will be paid to the customer before the 15th of the following month for previous month’s credited salary.
Customers must continue to assign their salary to meem to receive the total cashback amount. If the customers cancel salary transfer to meem, the credited cashback will be discontinued for the following months.
Customers must officially assign their salary through their employer to be eligible for preferential rate personal finance

The campaign starts on 3rd June, 2024, and ends on December 31, 2024.
All new customers who open OnePack accounts and assign their salary to meem on or after June 3rd, 2024, are eligible.
Existing meem OnePack customers who have not previously assigned their salary with us before June 3rd, 2024, are also eligible for the campaign.
Employees of GIB and meem are excluded from this campaign.
Customers who assign their salary to meem are eligible to receive 10% of their monthly salary as cashback, capped at SAR 2,500 per customer.
The cashback will be paid in six equal instalments over a period of six months. For example, if a customer’s salary is SAR 20,000, they are entitled to SAR 2,000 as cashback paid in six instalments of SAR 333.33 each.
The cashback will be paid before the 15th of every month, for 6 consecutive months starting from the month following the customer's salary transfer with meem.

Customers must continue to assign their salary receive the salary cashback for the entire 6 months.
If the customers don’t assign their salary during the period of the campaign, they will forfeit the salary transfer benefit with immediate effect. Failure to assign their salary during the campaign period will result in forfeiture of the salary transfer benefit immediately.
No, there are no clawback clauses. If a customer re-assigns their salary to another bank before the completion of the campaign period, they will stop receiving the salary transfer benefit from the following month.
: Yes, if the customer’s salary is credited to meem account before the campaign end period, i.e., 31st December 2024. The customer will receive the cashback from January 2025 to June 2025.
Only electronic transfers labelled as salary payments will be eligible for the salary transfer campaign. Cash, Cheques, and other forms of payment lacking clear identification as salary transfers will not be considered.
