Referrer means an existing customer of the Bank who has an active meem OnePack account (as determined by the Bank).

A referred is an acquittance / friend / family member of the referrer who wishes and is eligible to open an account with the Bank

A referral is considered successful when the referred opens his / her meem OnePack account using the referral code of the referrer.

The referrer & referred will get the cash reward only on a successful referral.

There is no limit on cash reward for referrer throughout the entire relationship with the Bank. However, there is a monthly cap of SAR 100 (reward for 10 successful referrals).

Once the Referred opens an account using the Referrer’s valid Referral Code, both the Referrer and the Referred will receive a reward of SAR 10 each. The reward will be credited to their respective accounts during the month following the account opening, no later than the 15th day of that month.

Referrer: The Referrer can earn an additional SAR 40 if they maintain a continuous minimum balance of SAR 1,000 in their account throughout the calendar month in which at least one Successful Referral is completed.

Example: If a Successful Referral is completed on 15 August, the Referrer must maintain a balance of at least SAR 1,000 from 1 August to 31 August. If the requirement is met, the reward will be credited during September, no later than 15 September.

Referred: The Referred can earn an additional SAR 40 if their account balance is SAR 1,000 or more on the 30th day from the account opening date.

Example: If the Referred opens their account on 15 August, their balance will be checked on 14 September. If the balance is SAR 1,000 or more on that date, they will be eligible for the reward. The reward will be credited during October, no later than 15 October.

Credit Card: Both the Referrer and the Referred can earn an additional SAR 50 each when the Referred makes their first purchase of SAR 1 or more using the meem Credit Card applied for using the Referral Code, within 30 days from the card activation date.

Example: If the Referred’s meem Credit Card is activated on 15 August and the first eligible purchase of SAR 1 or more is made on 10 September, both the Referrer and the Referred will be eligible for a SAR 50 reward each. The reward will be credited to their respective accounts during October, no later than 15 October.

Note: The meem GO Card is not eligible for the Credit Card reward.

The Reward amount will be credited to the Referrer’s & Referred’ s meem OnePack account in the month following the Referred opens meem OnePack account (Successful referral).

The Reward will be credited within a period not exceeding 15th calendar day of the next following month, subject to meeting all eligibility criteria.

No, to be eligible for the referral bonus, the referred must provide the referral code.

In the event a Referred person has already been Referred by more than one Referrer, the referral code used by the Referred will be used to determine the customer eligible for the referral reward.
