To register please follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to rewards.meem.com and click Sign Up on the top right hand corner. Input the requested information on the page and click Register.

Step 2: You will be taken to a verification screen where you will be asked to enter the OTP received by SMS.

Step 3: Enter the OTP, and you will receive an email confirming your successful registration. Follow the prompts in the email to complete the set up of your profile for your loyalty account.

No, you need to register separately for the ajeeb rewards program using the process described in Q.1 above.

You earn ajeeb rewards points every time you use your meem Visa Credit Card. The below tables illustrates the points earning mechanism:

Cashback is applicable for purchases made at the grocery stores only. To qualify for cashback, a minimum purchase of SAR 300 is required and balance of 30,000 points. An SMS will be relayed if the terms are met and once the link on the SMS is tapped you can receive the qualifying cashback amount. Call 8001166336 for more details.

To be eligible for cashback, the minimum purchase amount is SAR 300.

For getting the cashback against the purchase, you must have an available point balance equal to the purchase value in your ajeeb account.

For example:

1- If your purchase is SAR 500 and the available points balance is 60,000 points, you will receive an SMS for the cashback option against the purchase.

• If you received this option, you just need to accept the request.
• Against the purchase, you will receive SAR 500 to your credit card, the available points balance will be adjusted to 10,000 points.

2- If your purchase is SAR 500 SAR and the available points balance is 40,000 points, you will not receive an SMS for the cashback option against the purchase.

Points earned on purchase transactions made on your card are credited to your ajeeb rewards account within 14 business days. Typically, most points are credited within 3 business days.

Once logged in to your ajeeb rewards program account, the available points are displayed on the upper right-hand side of the page. You can also click on the Welcome section in the top right corner and choose Points Statement to view details of your rewards account. The Points Statement includes a detailed view by transaction of the points earned and redeemed.

Your ajeeb points are valid for up to three years from the date they are credited to your ajeeb rewards account.

If you select option 3: A verification code provided by the meem Contact Centre

call the contact centre for the verification code. After the contact centre agent validates your account, a verification code will be sent to your registered email address. Enter the verification code in the field provided and click Submit.

Once you successfully input the verification code, you will be redirected to a page where you can create your new password. You can then login to your ajeeb account with your email address and new password. You will also receive an email confirming the change of password.

A valid card is a card product that is eligible to earn reward points in the ajeeb rewards program (see Q. 4 for eligible products), is not expired, and has been previously linked to your ajeeb loyalty account.

A verified email address is the email address you registered with the ajeeb rewards program and has completed the verification process. You can verify your email address at the time of registration in the ajeeb rewards program by clicking on the email verification link in the welcome email sent to you.

Once you have registered in ajeeb rewards program, you will receive a welcome email with a verification link. Click on this link to verify your email address.

Note that the verification link is active for 20 minutes from the time you receive the email. If you are not able to click the link within 20 minutes, you also have the option to verify your email address by logging into your ajeeb account and accessing the email verification option (see detailed steps in the following question).

Login to your ajeeb account, and upon login you will be informed that your email address hasn’t been verified yet. Click on “Resend” and you will receive an email with a verification link. Click on this link to verify your email address and you will be redirected to the ajeeb rewards program login page with an email verification confirmation message.

If you enter your password incorrectly multiple times, your account will be locked and you will be unable to login for a period of time. Return after 30 minutes and try to login again.

Once you are logged into your ajeeb account, click on the Welcome section in the top right-hand corner and choose Enroll Cards to view the cards that are already linked to your ajeeb account.

Once logged into your ajeeb account, click on the Welcome section in the top right-hand corner and choose Enroll Cards. Enter the requested card details and follow the steps provided.

Once logged into your ajeeb account, click on the Welcome section in the top right-hand corner and choose Points Statement to view details of your ajeeb account. The card description is available on each transaction record.

Once logged into your loyalty account, click on the Welcome section in the top right-hand corner and choose Manage Cards to link your new card to your ajeeb account. Enter the requested card details and follow the prompts.

You may remove or de-link a card by logging in to your ajeeb account. Click on the Welcome section in the top right-hand corner and choose Manage Cards. Under “Your Cards” you will be able to see a list of the cards linked to your account. Select the one(s) to remove and click on the red (x) icon and follow the instructions.

Rewards points are earned after each purchase transaction has been posted to your card statement, typically within 3 business days. If you delink your card before the purchase transaction has posted, you will not see the points earned on this transaction in your ajeeb account.

Yes, you can update your profile and personal details by logging into your ajeeb account, click on the Welcome section in the top right-hand corner and choose Profile, update your personal details and click on “Save Profile”. Members are encouraged to keep their profile information up to date to maximise their benefits from the vast variety of rewards.

Once logged into your ajeeb account, click on Travel in the top menu bar. You can choose to redeem your points for flights, hotels and car rentals. Enter your search criteria, select your desired flight/hotel/car rental options and follow the instructions. You will receive an email confirmation within 60 minutes with details of your flight/hotel/car rental booking.

Once logged into your ajeeb account, click on Shop in the top menu bar. You can view items from the “Merchandise and Vouchers” or the “Hot Deals” page. Click on the item to get a full description. To redeem the item/voucher, click Add to Cart, and follow the prompts to complete your redemption. You will receive an email confirmation of your redemption.

Merchandise items will be shipped to your delivery address within 15 business days. Most e-vouchers are delivered instantly to your registered email address. Some voucher may take up to 3 business days. The delivery time for vouchers is listed on the voucher details section when browsing the website.
